SCIDA Announces Public Hearing on Preliminary HID Plan
The Schuylkill County Industrial Development Authority (SCIDA), in conjunction with the Schuylkill County Board of Commissioners, the Board of Education of the Minersville Area School District, and the Boards of Supervisors for Cass and Foster Townships, will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed plan to create the Highridge Improvement District (HID) on Thursday, November 6th at 7 PM at the high school auditorium of the Minersville Area School District at 1 Battlin’miners Drive, Minersville, PA The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments from the affected property owners within the proposed Highridge Improvement District and from the public.
